How to access Royal Mail Tracked 24®
To access Royal Mail Tracked 24®, send 1,000 Tracked items per annum across UK, International and Tracked Returns services and by combining volumes you can benefit from a better price.
What can you send?
With Royal Mail Tracked 24 you can send items weighing up to 30kg and measuring up to 61cm x 46cm x 46cm(1).
(1) For tube-shaped items, the length of the item plus twice the diameter must not exceed 104cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90cm.

Want to know when your parcel has arrived? Royal Mail Tracked 24 offers the following options:
- Online proof of signature on delivery
- SMS notification
- Email notification
If your customers aren’t home, Royal Mail Tracked offers you the option of offering delivery to a Safeplace. With Safeplace they can nominate a safe place where parcels can be left if no one is home. Plus, we're now rolling out a new notification via email and/or SMS with specific information about which Safeplace location we've delivered the item to, e.g. the shed.
If we're unable to deliver the item to their Safeplace location, some recipients may also receive an email and/or SMS notification letting them know.
Tracking and compensation for loss or damage
Follow your parcel’s progress from start to finish with online tracking. For extra peace of mind, there’s up to £100 of compensation cover included to protect against loss or damage to your item.
