Want to check the progress of something that’s being sent to you? Ask the sender if it’s being sent via a Royal Mail service that provides tracking. Trackable services include Special Delivery Guaranteed™ and Tracked™. Whilst our Royal Mail Signed For™ service isn’t tracked throughout its journey, it provides the sender with confirmation of delivery with a signature after it’s been delivered.

In the UK waiting for a parcel or letter to arrive from another country?
Ask the sender if it is being sent using a tracking service. If it is, you can track its progress once it reaches the UK. You can track its journey from overseas, on the relevant postal authorities’ website, if they provide that service.

Can’t find any tracking information?
Contact the sender, so they can make enquiries with the relevant postal authority, who will contact Royal Mail if they need to.

In another country waiting for something to arrive from the UK?
Ask the sender if it is being sent using a tracking or signature service. Services include International Tracked, International Signed and International Tracked & Signed. If you can’t find any information, contact the sender, so they can enquire on your behalf.
