How to access Sunday Deliveries
Sunday deliveries with Tracked 24® and Special Delivery Guaranteed can be bought online with Click & Drop.
This service is available with a Business Parcels Account.
To access Sunday Deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked 24® with a Business Account, you need to send a minimum of 1,000 items per year, per site, across UK, International Tracking and Signature and Tracked Returns services.

For Tracked 24, if we can’t deliver the item as addressed, to a Safeplace, or to a neighour, we’ll leave a yellow “Sorry we missed you” notification card. A delivery attempt will automatically be made for the next working day.
For Special Delivery Guaranteed, if we can't deliver the item as addressed, we'll leave a yellow "Sorry we missed you" notification card. A delivery attempt will automatically be made for the next working day.
Items cannot be posted via the Post Office for Sunday delivery. Business customers will post their items via pre-agreed collections. Online customers can send their items using our Parcel Collect service, at a Parcel Postboxes, or at a Royal Mail Delivery Office.
Where Special Delivery Guaranteed has been purchased, both letters and parcels will be delivered on a Sunday. For Tracked items, we are focussing on parcels only for Sunday delivery.
We deliver throughout the UK. However, there are certain postcode restrictions for delivery of items on a Sunday.
