Business customers can apply for mail supplies such as labels, ties and bags

From 19 January 2026 we will introduce a charge of £4.69 exc. VAT for thermal labels, per roll.
These can be ordered from the Royal Mail Shop.

Royal Mail business customer? No need to pay for supplies like mail bags and labels.

Check your eligibility:

  1. Are you registered on royalmail.com?
  2. Are you a Business Posting Account or Franking & Metering customer?

  1. Fill in the application form
  2. We’ll review your application
  3. If successful, you’ll be set up and ready to go within around 48 hours
  4. Choose supplies from our Royal Mail shop

Use of mail consumables (table 1)

From 7 April 2025, we will update the terms and conditions which apply to the ordering and use of mail consumables to clarify that certain mail consumables, such as bag labels, must only be used for items sent using specific products.
