Prices apply to all drops taking place on or after 30 March 2026.

The Door to Door Booking system will open on 5 January to bookings for drops w/c 30 March until w/c 7 December 2026.

From 5 January 2026, our Fuel Surcharge will be redefined as the Fuel and Energy Surcharge, and the rate will change from 8% to 11% to reflect our fuel and energy-related costs. Full details are available at: royalmail.com/business/mail/surcharges. All necessary amendments will be made to the General Terms and Conditions to reflect the change in name.
