We work in partnership with the Post Office, where you can access many of the same Royal Mail services, including sending and dropping off parcels.
All Post Offices accept parcel drop-offs and returns of all Royal Mail items, as well as selling our postage services. Other services offered vary by branch.

All Post Office branches accept parcel drop-offs and returns of all Royal Mail items.
Collecting items at a Post Office branch
Some businesses offer Local Collect or Click & Collect as a delivery option.
If you choose either of these, we'll deliver your item to the Post Office branch you select.
Once we’ve left your item at the location, we’ll send you a SMS or email confirming your item is ready to collect.
