How to use a Parcelforce Depot

All Parcelforce Depots accept parcel drop-offs and returns for all Parcelforce items.

Collecting items at a Parcelforce Depot

Some businesses offer Local Collect or Click & Collect as a delivery option.

If you choose either of these, we'll deliver your item to the Parcelforce Depot you select.

Once we’ve left your item at the location, we’ll send you a SMS or email confirming your item is ready to collect.

You can pick up your item on a day that suits you. Check the opening times for the Parcelforce Depot you selected with Find Royal Mail Locations
