Is there compensation for loss or damage?

In the unlikely event your letter is lost or damaged, compensation cover up to £20 is included. However, because we rely on postal services around the world, we can’t offer a guaranteed delivery time, and we can’t compensate for delays.

Tracking and signature letters travel in a separate network while they’re in the UK, and we provide proof of posting and compensation up to £50 as standard. We also offer the option of extra compensation up to £250 to protect valuable items against loss or damage.
