The service is only available to customers who currently export with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and spend a minimum of £5,000 each year across the International Business Services portfolio, send at least 750 Parcelforce Worldwide Business items per year or send a minimum of 1,000 items per year across any combination of:

- Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Royal Mail Tracked Returns
- International Business Tracked
- International Business Signed
- Parcelforce Worldwide business services
