Most letters and parcels sent through Royal Mail can be redirected. Some services and courier deliveries are excluded.
Yes. We can redirect eligible mail to many overseas addresses.
Yes. You can include people living at the same address in one application.
You can choose 3, 6 or 12 months, with options to extend your service later.
You can apply online. All we need for forwarding postal mail is:
- The names and dates of birth of everyone who needs their mail redirected
- Your old address including postcode
- Your new address including postcode
Alternatively, you can apply by post, or via your local Post Office branch.
Redirecting your mail helps reduce the risk of sensitive information being delivered to your old address after you move.
