Redirection's are charged per trading name, for each new name added we will require an additional fee to be paid - find out more here. You will also need to provide ID.

Identification we require for your security

We will need some identification in order to process your application. For each different organisation name on your application we will need two forms of identification, one from list A and one from list B below.

ID MUST be registered to the address you are redirecting from.

List A: Proof of Organisation

Please provide your Company Registration Document or Company bank/Building society or credit card statement

(For Sole Traders ONLY we will accept a Bank/Building Society Statement, Full Passport, any nationality, or Driving Licence Photo Card)

 

List B: Proof of old address

Please attach one of the below to your application. Please note, each of the documents provided must be dated within the last 6 months in order to process your application.

Utility Bill (We will not accept bills printed from the internet, original utility bills should be scanned and uploaded. Utility bills does not include mobile phone bills or a store/charge card statement.)

Redirections are set up with ID that relates to the FROM address, If you want to change the FROM address you will need to cancel this Redirection and set up a new one.

Additionally, if your Redirection has started, we are unable to make any change to the TO address and a new Redirection will be required. To cancel the Redirection complete our dedicated cancellation form here and then apply for a new Redirection here.

Please Note: Any new Redirection will require a further payment. If your redirection hasn't started and you're request it to change the TO address please continue to complete this form.

If you're wanting to extend your Redirection, we’ll contact you before it ends. You should receive an invite to renew a few weeks before your current Redirection finishes. Please note if you're Redirecting from a PO Box, this can only be for a maximum of 6 months.

If your Redirection has started we're unable to amend the start date.

Redirections can be purchased in durations of 3, 6 or 12 months. Changing the start date may therefore change the end date.

Please provide us with the new end date and note, the duration of a Redirection can only be reduced and not increased on this form. Royal Mail will write to you before the end of the service to invite you to extend your service approx. 2 weeks before the end date. Please note if you're Redirecting to a PO Box, this can only be for a maximum of 6 months.
