Updated ‘Something for you’ card
We’ve made it easier for you to locate & track your Royal Mail or Parcelforce items.
We’ve added a QR code and unique 9-digit code to the front of the ‘Something for you’ card to make it simpler than ever to know where your item(s) can be found.
Using your mobile phone
Scan the QR code printed on your card using the camera on your mobile phone. This will identify a web link starting ryml.me. Clicking on this link will take you to the tracking page of the Royal Mail website, or if you have it, the Royal Mail App. The 9-digit code printed above the QR code will be pre-populated into the reference bar.
You will be asked for your delivery postcode to ensure that only you can access the location of your item(s). If there are any errors, the website will prompt you to correct these.
You’ll then see the latest status for your item(s), along with a photo of a safe place location, neighbours address, etc.
Using your computer
Visit royalmail.com/track and enter the 9-digit code printed above the QR code. This is a unique code linking it to your item(s).
You will be asked for your delivery postcode to ensure that only you can access the location of your item(s). If there are any errors, the website will prompt you to correct these.
You’ll then see where your item(s) are, along with a photo of a safe place location, neighbours address, etc.
