Why have I received a "Fee to Pay" card?
There are two reasons why you could have received a "Fee to Pay" card:
1. The sender did not pay the full postage. The charge will be at least £1.50 which includes a handling fee and the unpaid postage.
2. HM Revenue and Customs have applied a customs charge. The charge will be at least £8.01 and will include an £8 handling fee, any tax and customs fees and the unpaid postage.
When will I receive my item?
