You've received a card asking you to pay a fee.
This is either because the sender didn’t pay the full postage or because HM Revenue & Customs have applied a customs charge to the item. Once the fee has been paid we will be able to deliver your item.
If you've received a letter from Parcelforce asking you to pay a fee, please visit the Parcelforce website.
How long will you keep it?
We will keep underpaid items for 18 calendar days and Customs related items for 21 calendar days before returning to the sender.
How can I pay and get my item?
The simplest way to pay is online and we'll deliver your item. Alternatively you can pay by post or in person just follow the instructions on the card we left.
