The largest technical transformation programme we’ve ever undertaken is putting your customers in control.

  • Customers now receive more information about which neighbour we delivered to, including name, house number and street.
  • SMS/email on the evening before and morning of delivery with delivery windows from 2 hours.
  • Tracked customers will receive an Electronic Something for You SMS/email to help them collect their parcel earlier (as well as the paper card), if they aren’t at home.
  • Tracked customers now receive an email/SMS to confirm their delivery was made to the nominated Safeplace.
