Changes to Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) services

From 1 July 2026 we will be making the following changes:
- New Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) services have been introduced to support larger parcel sizes.
- Availability of existing PDDP services has also been expanded across more destinations.
- PDDP Rate card pricing will now align with the equivalent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) pricing. Additional handling fees may still apply and are subject to change. For the latest information, please see this webpage and this rate cardpdf, 646.73 KB.
- From 1Â July 2026 new arrangements will apply when sending non-personal correspondence items to the EU. For further information please see the link below.

- Tracked Priority: We’ve updated our pricing to ensure it’s fair and consistent. Rates are now aligned so parcel prices increase logically in line with weight.

Price changes from 5 January 2026
Price changes to our International Business Contract products

International Tracked Parcels:
- USA (PDDP):
- 0-2kg medium prices are increasing in line with inflation (c4%)
- We are reducing the 2-10kg medium parcel prices by 1-7%
- We are freezing Large Parcel (BYD) prices
- Customs Handling Fee remains at 50p per item
- Other major destinations:
- Small parcels (0-2kg), Letterboxable parcels (0-2kg) and Non-Personal Correspondence Large Letters (0-500g): Prices generally increasing in line with inflation (3-5%)
- Medium Parcels (0-30kg): A mixture of increases, freezes and reductions – please consult pages 11-14 (Tracked Heavier) and 18-19 (Tracked Priority) of Business Parcels Rate Card
- Parcelforce Large Parcels (0-30kg): Most Global Priority prices being frozen (see pages 23-28 of Business Parcels rate card); freezes to all EuroPriority, GlobalExpress and IrelandExpress prices (pages 20-22; 29-34; 35)
- All other destinations: Please consult the International Non-Personal Correspondence rate card for January 26 prices
