Royal Mail Group Ltd (“RMG” or the “Promoter”) is offering you the opportunity to win 1 x DUNGEONS & DRAGONS Framed Stamp Set and Miniature Sheet (the “Prize Draw”). Please read the below Terms and Conditions which will apply to the Prize Draw. In entering the Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of RMG, their group companies or family members, or anyone else RMG deems to be professionally connected to the Prize Draw.
3. To be entered into the Prize Draw, you must complete the form and comment with the correct answer to: ’Which one of the following is not a DUNGEONS & DRAGONS monster?’ on the form on this page between 00:00 on 11 July 2024 and 23:59 on 31 August 2024 inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).
4. Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted and you will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. No purchase is necessary. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Prize Draw entry.
6. RMG accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, illegible, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt of the entry by RMG.
7. There will be one winner. The winner will be chosen at random after 10:00 on 6 September 2024 by a randomised computer process from all valid entries which are received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within the Prize Draw Period.
8. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn. The winner will be the owner of the email address corresponding with the winning entry.
9. The winner will receive 1 x Framed Stamp Set and Miniature Sheet.
10. RMG accepts no costs associated with the Prize that are not expressly included in the Prize. The Prize will be posted to an address in the UK in accordance with the winner’s choice.
11. The winners will be notified by RMG by way of an email after 10:00 on 6 September 2024 and will be given details of how to claim their Prize. The winner will have 5 days from the date of being notified to accept their Prize and to provide a postal address in the UK to which their Prize can be sent. Please check your emails carefully to ensure you do not miss an email from RMG.
12. If the winner does not provide the required information to RMG within 5 days of notification, then that winner shall forfeit their Prize and RMG shall be entitled to award the Prize to an alternative winner in accordance with the process described in paragraph 7 above.
13. The Prize will be posted to the winner’s address within 14 working days of the winner confirming their acceptance of the Prize.
14. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
15. The Prize is subject to availability. RMG reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of the same or higher value in the event that the original Prize offered is not available.
16. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at royalmail.com/privacy-policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. Unless further consents are obtained and subject to paragraphs 17 and 18, personal details obtained in the process of the Prize Draw will only be used for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and destroyed thereafter.
17. Subject to paragraph 16 and without prejudice to the Promoter’s data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available upon receipt of a written request to win@royalmail.com the winner’s surname, county (or city) and the winning entry.
18. Entrants to the Prize Draw can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry) by writing to: Marketing Team, Royal Mail, MK PSC, Magnitude 314, Fen Street, Milton Keynes MK17 8EW, object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 17. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 17 to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
19. RMG reserves the right at any time to void, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of RMG in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to):
    1. obscene, indecent or pornographic content;
    2. content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism;
    3. violent content;
    4. excessive profanity;
    5. methods generated by a script, bot, macro or the use of automated devices;
    6. content that is harmful to minors in any way; or
    7. content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal,

will be deleted, and the individual’s entry disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

21. The entrant is reminded to get the owner’s permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Prize Draw. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Draw.
22. RMG shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, mechanical issues, diversion of aircraft or other operational incidents, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
23. RMG accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. RMG further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of RMG under law for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
24. The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
