With Local Collect® your customers can have parcels delivered directly to their local Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point to collect at their convenience. We’ll send them an SMS/email notification when their parcel is ready to collect, so you can ensure they receive their delivery first time, every time.

How it works

We’ve made it easy for you to access a dynamic database of Post Office® branches to offer Local Collect through your website. Your customers simply select the most convenient location when they place their order.

We’ll send your customer an SMS and/or email when their parcel is ready to be collected from their chosen branch.

A flexible delivery option, Local Collect is free to e-tailers using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am or by 1pm.
