Please note: If applying for a QIFG, Retention or Bespoke Deal, this deal will require a baseline assessment. The baseline for each customer will be informed by the historic equivalent/comparable period to that over which the customer seeks an Incentive/Deal, along with an assessment of growth trends. All items up to the baseline will be charged at the prevailing standard rate card. Only items which meet the incremental/threshold requirement for the scheme which you are applying for will benefit from the discounted rates offered. An application for a TIS will include a recorded baseline but the baseline will not form part of the offer.
