If your business or business premises is temporarily closing due to COVID-19, you don’t need to worry about your mail being returned to sender as we’ll hold onto it for you.
We understand the unprecedented circumstances affecting us all as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. If your business needs to close temporarily, we will hold all your mail safely and deliver it on a requested date after you reopen. This means that your mail will be kept safely and securely at your nearest Delivery Office, so you don’t need to worry about important mail being returned to sender. You also won’t need to worry about having to come to pick it up during travel restrictions, or if you’re self-isolating.
Currently the service is available for a maximum of 100 days and is easy to apply for online.
