You can even add your logo to the email alongside the Royal Mail insignia.

How to set up free delivery notifications

  1. We’ll send you details on how to set up this service on 30 September 2019.
  2. We provide a link for you to share with your customer, so they can register for notifications.
  3. The customer chooses their preferred language. Currently we offer notifications in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese, Thai, Japanese, Malay and Greek – with more languages to follow.
  4. Your customer is kept up to date throughout their parcel’s journey.

Notifications are available for most of our Tracked destination countries. More destinations will become available in the future.

If you want your customers to have the option of email notifications prior to 30 September 2019, please contact your Account Manager for the set-up link. You can then direct your customers to register online.
