How do our free delivery notifications work?
- Simple. Where customers provide us with the recipient email address when booking and tick the relevant box, we will automatically send them notifications.
- They are now available in one of six languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi) and across 230 Countries and Territories. You can view the full list herepdf, 166.63 KB.
- Recipients will receive notifications by email. The notifications cover key events during the parcels journey. Please see below for the types of notification to expect.
