1. General

1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) concern the Royal Mail Stamps & Collectibles Thank You Discount (“Thank You Discount”).
2. In these T&Cs:
   1. “discount code” means a twelve-digit code in the form XXXXXXXXXXXX described as ‘Your unique discount code’ and displayed on a communication sent by us to a customer of Stamps & Collectibles Products;
   2. “Royal Mail”, “we” or “us” means Royal Mail Group Limited (registered number       4138203), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 185 Farringdon Road, London EC1A 1AA; and
   3. “Stamps & Collectibles Products” means products (other than definitive stamps, stamp books and stamp sheets) available for sale, from time to time, on the ‘Special Stamp Issues’ page of the Royal Mail online shop at https://shop.royalmail.com/ and bought directly from us.
3. Thank You Discounts are available for use only by consumer customers of Stamps & Collectibles Products:
   1. from whom we have received payment for Stamps & Collectibles Products of least £100 between 1 January 2025 and 15 November 2025, inclusive;
   2. whose permission we have to send promotional materials by post and/or email; and
   3. to whom we have sent a discount code,

and those customers are referred to as “you” in these T&Cs.

4. You may use a Thank You Discount to reduce the price of Stamps & Collectibles Products you buy from us online after the date on which we sent you a discount code and by doing so you will accept these T&Cs.  
5. The maximum price reduction potentially available to you depends on the payments for Stamps & Collectibles Products we received from you between 1 January 2025 and 15 November 2025, inclusive, as follows:

6. The actual price reduction available to you is the lower of (i) that maximum price reduction potentially and (ii) the sum set out below against the total undiscounted price (excluding postage and packaging) of the Stamps & Collectibles Products to be discounted:

7. Thank You Discounts are only available on the published price of Stamps & Collectibles Products, not the costs of postage and packaging.
8. You may only use a Thank You Discount to reduce the total value of the Stamps & Collectibles Products in a single purchase, but you may include multiple Stamps & Collectibles Products in that purchase. 
9. Thank You Discounts may not be used with other offers or discount codes but may be used to reduce the price of Stamps & Collectibles Products which we have already discounted as part of a price promotion sale.
10. Using a Thank You Discount will not affect your statutory rights but, if you return any Stamps & Collectibles Product purchased at a reduced price and request a refund, we will only refund the price you paid.
11. You alone may use a discount code we have sent you, or a Thank You Discount made available to you, and you may not use anyone else’s discount code or Thank You Discount.  
12. Thank You Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else.  You will only receive a maximum of one Thank You Discount and may only use a Thank You Discount once.
13. All Thank You Discounts must be used before 11:59 p.m. on 31 January 2026.
14. We are making Thank You Discounts available for no charge and without any obligation from you, on which basis we:
    1. may exclude specific Stamps & Collectibles Products from being discounted at any time without prior notice;
    2. reserve the right to amend these T&Cs, or withdraw the use of Thank You Discounts, at any time without prior notice; and
    3. are not responsible for lost or stolen Thank You Discounts or discount codes (which will not be replaced), for not sending a discount code to someone who might have expected to receive one or for your not receiving an anticipated Thank You Discount in whole or part,

but this does not affect the terms and conditions for buying Stamps & Collectibles Products at https://shop.royalmail.com/. 

15. These T&Cs are governed by English law.  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or their formation will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, except that, if you live in another part of the United Kingdom, you can bring claims against us in the courts there instead.
