Duty Payment Terms

This webpage provides a detailed overview of how our duty and tax invoices are issued, along with the applicable payment terms, based on the delivery term used and the destination region, in accordance with Section 7.6 of our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Terms

Please note that the following information is only applicable to customers utilizing our PDDP or DTP services for the specific product codes listed below:

  • PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid)

    • Royal Mail International Standard – DE6 
    • Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked Heavier – MPR 
    • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed – MTV 
    • Parcelforce Tracked Heavier PDDP - BYD
    • Parcelforce Tracked Heavier PDDP extra comp - BYH
       
  • DTP (Delivered Taxes Paid)
    • Royal Mail International Tracked Priority - HVD
    • Parcelforce EuroPriority - ERA

You are responsible for paying all invoices related to customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges, in accordance with the payment terms we specify for each product and destination country.

Destination Specific Invoice Frequency / Payment Terms:

 
For any shipments to the United States using the applicable services listed above:

  • Customs Duties and Fee invoices will be sent weekly or in accordance with your current terms if shorter than this.
  • Payment terms: 7 days

 
For any shipments to the Europe using the applicable services listed above:

  • Customs Duties and Fee invoices will be sent weekly or in accordance with your current terms if shorter than this.
  • Payment terms: 7 days
