Any Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed items or Royal Mail International Tracked Returns without a barcode on the label, must be posted at a Post Office branch and cannot be dropped off at a postbox. A ‘proof of posting’ is one of the pieces of evidence we may require if you want compensation from us, in the unlikely event your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed.
