There are 2 key areas in the reporting function to help you do this: Overview and Detailled reports.
Overview Reports
Provides you with volume and value summaries by account and product:
- A summary of your account(s) by posting volume and value
- A summary of the products you have used, broken down by volume and value
- A monthly summary of the products used by volume
- A summary of any contingency orders you have asked us to raise
Detailed Reports
In-depth flexible reports providing you with full sales order details including information on sales order data within specified billing dates and it also allows you to identify contingency orders that have been raised on your behalf.
- Sales Order Adhoc –The Adhoc report allows you to search by either date or by Sales Order number and date. The data shows date, sales order, account, poster, who confirmed the order, product, international destination code, class of mail, format, volume, item weight, and value.
- Sales Orders by Your Reference - sales orders listed in alphabetical order by the ‘your reference’ field and by date. Also includes who confirmed the order, account number, poster details, volume and value. This report is available even if you don’t use your own references.
- Sales Orders by Department - sales orders listed in alphabetical order by the ‘department’ field. ‘Customer reference’, if used, also appears within this report along with who confirmed the order, account number, poster details, volume and value. Again, even if you don’t use ‘department’ report is available.
- Bulk Mail product families - very similar to the Adhoc report but specifically for our Advertising Mail, Business Mail (Sorted) & Publishing Mail products on your account(s).
- Contingency Orders -Summary - shows the account number and value/volume of mail sent using a Contingency Order on a particular date or date range, including posting location.
- Contingency Orders – Detail – similar to ‘Contingency Orders – summary’ but includes the sales order number.
- Contingency Orders (over time) - A monthly summary showing the account number and the number of contingency orders raised.
- Summary by account - A summary of your account(s) by posting volume and value
- Summary by product - A summary of the products you have used, broken down by volume and value
- Volume by product (over time) - A monthly summary of the products used by volume
- Fee Service - information on any fee services used on your account(s) including Special Delivery Guaranteed™, Signed For, Consequential Loss, International Signed, Internatioanl Tracked and International Tracked & Signed.
- Billed Amounts - shows the account number, name, product and splits the billed amount into calendar months, providing an overall value for the dates you need.
- Invoice Summary - shows the invoice numbers invoice date, payment due date, and the invoiced amount for your chosen date range.
- Invoice Ad-hoc – shows the account number, name, invoice number, invoice date, sales order numbers billed on the invoice(s), payment due date and invoiced amount. You can swop the columns around to show the information you need.
