You can send PPIs as 1st Class, 2nd Class, Economy mail, and now Royal Mail 24™, Royal Mail 24 Signed For, Royal Mail 48™ and Royal Mail 48 Signed For. Please choose the product or class you use. Ensure you choose the new Royal Mail 24™ and 48 PPIs if you use these services (formerly Packetpost/Packetsort).
Please note that if you use 'STL' (1st and 2nd Class Account Mail) you should continue using the 1st and 2nd class existing PPIs. The current PPI options for sorted and unsorted 1st Class, 2nd Class and Economy will remain the same. Please continue using these existing PPIs for those delivery options. Remember, you can always download a new graphic with a different class after you've downloaded this one.
