Note – Your normal address and PO Box mail must be provided from the same delivery office. This service is not available if you have moved from your normal address.

Simply complete and submit the online registration form. Shortly afterwards, one of our advisors will get in touch – they will confirm the password you provided - to confirm your details and process your card payment (which must be registered to the same address).
Please call us on 08457 950 950 and have your payment debit or credit card to hand. Your payment card must be registered to the same address to which your PO Box is going to be linked. Our team will be ready to set up your PO box service for you. Lines are open 8.00am until 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

What if mail has to be signed for?
When you come in to collect your mail, you will find a ‘something for you‘ or ‘fee to pay’ card with your normal mail. If anything has to be signed or paid for you can do this before you leave the delivery office.Back to top
When does my PO Box® expire or need renewing?
We will write to you before your contract expires giving you the option to renew your service.
If you need to know your expiry date, Contact us quoting your account number and we can confirm this for you.
Please be aware if your rental period expires or the service is withdrawn, we may return incoming mail to the sender, or otherwise dispose of it. If you do not renew, we may rent your PO Box® to someone else.Back to top
Can all my mail be sent to my PO Box®?
All mail delivered by Royal Mail can be sent to your PO Box. We will not take delivery of mail sent to you through other carriers or couriers e.g. ParcelForce. We may provide your delivery address details to couriers should they request this information.Back to top

No, we will deliver all your mail together. However, we do have a great service for you if that’s what you need.

How often do I need to collect my PO Box® mail?
You'll need to collect your mail regularly and at least once a week. If you don't collect it for a month we may contact you, or deliver your mail to the address you gave when you applied for the service. If you don't collect it for three consecutive months without getting in touch with us, we may cancel your box.
Items sent Royal Mail Signed For™, Royal Mail Tracked® and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed ™ need to be collected within 18 days. Otherwise we'll return them to the sender.Back to top

How do I cancel my PO Box® and what happens to my mail?
To cancel your PO Box® before the end of the rental period, you must give at least one month's written notice. Contact us
