If you send large quantities of mail, using Printed Postage Impressions (PPI) will save you time and money. To use PPI you need to have an account with us. Contact your Account Manager, or call the Royal Mail Sales Centre on 08457 950 950 for more information.
If you already have an account, you can choose and download the PPI designs you want right now, with our online PPI Producer The PPI Producer will take you through five easy steps to create the PPI you want.
- Enter your PPI licence number
- Choose between 1st Class, 2nd Class and Economy, and between English and Welsh PPIs
- Then choose from our new PPI designs
