Sameday™ On Demand
For ad-hoc and urgent deliveries.
For regular daily or weekly collections and deliveries.
Choose Sameday™ and get automatic compensation cover for loss or damage up to £2500. For an additional fee, you can extend this cover to £10,000. Standard compensation does not cover valuables such as money, jewellery or antiques. Prohibited and restricted goods conditions also apply.

With Sameday™ you only book for the distance between pick up and delivery. We charge on a loaded mile basis.

Can I claim compensation for lost or damaged items?
All items sent via Sameday™ are automatically eligible for compensation up to the value of £2,500 for any loss or damage in addition to the fee you paid for the service. You can increase your compensation up to £10,000 for an additional fee, at the time of booking. Please note that this cover is only for loss or damage to the item sent and does not cover consequential loss. If you wish to make a claim, please call us on 03300 885 522.Back to top
What happens if no one is available to sign for the item?
If we are unable to deliver your item, we will contact you immediately to find out what you want us to do. We can:
- deliver the item to a neighbour and leave a card
- return the item to you
- post the item through the letterbox. If you choose this, we would be unable to get a signature and compensation for any resulting loss or damage would not be payable.
How do I track my parcel?

Is there anywhere you can’t deliver to?
We don’t offer the Sameday™ service to The Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
There are also a small number of postcodes that are subject to availability when you use the Sameday™ service. These are: ZE, IV, KW, HS, IM, TR, JE, GY and AB (apart from AB1-4, which we can deliver to), PO30-41, PA and PH.

Is there anything I can’t send with Sameday™?
There are very few restrictions on what we are able to deliver. However, if you’re sending valuable items such as money, jewellery or antiques, we suggest you use a more specialised security service such as Special Delivery™.
We are unable to carry items covered under our conditions for prohibited, dangerous or restricted goods.Back to top
