Meeting your needs
Sending 1st Class letters? Parcels? International mail? Need a signature on delivery? Or Special Delivery Guaranteed™? A franking machine can help you save money on your mail. Depending on your needs, you can buy or lease a machine that solves your specific challenges.
Flexibility and speed
With our franking services, you have access to the products that will help you reach your customers as quickly and as economically as you want. And you won’t have to leave your work place. A franking machine can be a sophisticated part of a large mail room, including fast processing, inserting and weighing large volumes of mail or, in the corner of a small office, dealing with a varied mailbag or your customer marketing campaigns.
Franking services can reduce the cost of your mail. How much you save depends on how much mail you send. Your manufacturer/independent inspector/maintainer can arrange to add a logo or a marketing message directly to your mail. It’s the ideal way to promote your organisation without spending more of your budget on marketing.
Whether you need to send mail to customers in Canada, parcels to Europe or letters to homes across the UK, Franking gives you access to the Royal Mail products you want without leaving the office.
Using Smart franking means you can select your product and the machine will calculate the price automatically. All you need to do is make sure you select UK or international as prices differ according to destination.
Using non-Smart machines will require you to refer to our pricing wallchart and you will need to manually key in the correct price.
