Different mailing houses have different needs, so we’ve set up a specialist mailing house team in Stoke to offer you the best standard of service.

The mailing house support team have product information and technical advice at their fingertips. They can:

  • help with advice on how to present mail
  • help you improve your performance and take advantage of the incentives available
  • predict what sort of service levels will be required to handle a particular project.

Since we introduced the Named Customer Contact process in November 2011, every mailing house knows by name the person they can get in touch with, whatever the query. We offer a one-to-one service that means we get to know the specific needs of each business we work with. Whatever the issue, if we can’t deal with it on the phone, we’ll send someone out to the mailing house to work on site to get a particular mailing absolutely right.
