Business Redirection

Ensure your mail arrives at your new business address

Planning to move your business? Whether you’re relocating your entire organisation to a new site or moving a single brand to different premises, we’ll make sure your business mail moves with you.

At a Glance

  • Redirect mail to UK and international addresses
  • Continue redirecting for up to 2 years
  • A flexible solution for temporary or permanent moves

How does it work?

We need at least five working days to set up a Business Redirection – but ideally you should apply at least three weeks before your business relocates.

Make sure we’re aware of all the different organisation names you want covered by your Redirection. Also include abbreviations e.g. Royal Mail – RM. If you don’t, some mail may continue to be delivered to your old business address.
