If you can’t find the retailer for your return item, please check if there is a return label in the original box that came with the item or contact the retailer directly for further advice.

Most items are returned via our 48 hour returns service which means the majority of items are returned within 2 working days

Our size and weight guidelines are in place to ensure we can return your items as easily and quickly as possible.

To avoid any delay when you hand your return item over at your local Post Office® branch it would be advisable that you check your return fits within the size and weight parameters shown.

Your order number can usually be found on your order invoice, despatch note or confirmation email.

Once you have printed out your return label, cut around the specified area being careful that all details are clearly included. Apply the label to the largest side of your return item ensuring all the details are visible.

Ensure you do not place any tape over the barcode as this could affect the ability to scan the item.
