Christmas collections this year

With the festive period fast approaching, and as part of our forward service planning, we'd like to know about your Christmas and New Year collection requirements.

Soon, your collection driver will give you a leaflet for completion so you can let us know when you will be closed. Once you’ve completed your leaflet, please hand the leaflet back to your collection driver by Saturday 3 December 2022.

• You only need to let us know when you are closed between Monday 19 December 2022 and Saturday 7 January 2023. By putting an ‘X’ in the dated boxes on the leaflet we will not collect on these dates. If you are closed for a more extended period, please let us know the dates you are closed using the section below the boxes. We'll be collecting as usual throughout the rest of December. 
• You must hand your completed leaflet to your collection driver by Saturday 3 December. 
• On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we'll only collect for customers with a regular Saturday collection. Mail will be collected at your usual scheduled Saturday collection time.
• No collections will be made on Sunday 25 December, Monday 26 December, Tuesday 27 December 2022, Sunday 1 January, and Monday 2 January 2023. Additionally, no collections will be made in Scotland on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
