How does it work?

With Parcelforce globalpriority return service, you generate a postage label and send it to your customer. They simply attach this to their parcel and pop it in the post. Once posted, you can expect your items back in as little as 2 working days.

Where does it work?

Parcelforce globalpriority return is currently available in 17 European countries, and we’re also expanding the service to the USA, Australia and other key worldwide markets.

Tracking and proof of delivery

You can follow your parcel’s progress from drop off to your door, with online tracking and electronic proof of delivery.

Is there compensation for loss, damage or delay?

If your parcel is lost, compensation cover up to £100 is included.  We cannot guarantee delivery times with this service, and do not offer any compensation for delay or damage.
