This added confidence helps you to boost initial sales and to keep your customers satisfied. International Business Tracked Returns will be available in all EU countries from summer 2019.

Business Tracked Returns gives satisfaction for you and your customers

  • Create easy labels for your customer via our online portal
  • Track your items from label production to your return address
  • Give yourself and your customers increased visibility and a happier returns experience as you both know where the item is
  • We’ll handle customs clearance - provided you have supplied the correct product data - so there’s no need to worry about import tax or duty
  • Up to £100 compensation based on the product value for loss
  • Design your branded returns page on our online returns portal and direct your customers to your page to complete their details
  • Flexibility to use both outbound and return journeys or buy a standalone returns package if you meet the volume threshold

Please note, service available on items no larger than 61cm x 46cm x 46cm or heavier than 20kgs.
