If you’re a Business Account customer using International Tracked services, you can now offer your customers a notifications service provided free by Royal Mail.
Giving your international customers greater visibility of their parcels can give them peace of mind and added confidence when buying from you. Your customers choose which notifications they would like so they can track the progress of their delivery from end to end. They'll receive a notification once it's been delivered via email, meaning there’s no need for them to call you for an update – saving you time and money.

How can I set up customers with free delivery notifications?
We’ll provide you with the link to share with your customers overseas. When the customer clicks the link they are taken to a Royal Mail branded site where they register for the notifications. They can also choose the language they would like to receive notifications in. Currently, these are English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Russian, and Greek with more languages to follow.
The customer then receives the notifications that they have requested to the email address they provided, as the item is scanned and on its way to them.
