International Tracked and Secure Services enable International Contract Services customers to access priority overseas tracking and signature on delivery solutions.
These services provide extra peace of mind along with additional compensation. As an International Contract Services customer you’ll receive a discount off standard prices.
In summary, International Tracked and Secure Services are made up of two separate products: Contract Airsure® and Contract Signed For™:

Contract Airsure®
A fully tracked service from posting to delivery overseas. -
Contract Signed For™
A secure service where a signature is taken when the item is delivered. - Both services offer a basic level of compensation with an option to purchase additional cover, subject to country availability.

International Contract Services October 2011 Tariff
As of 10th October 2011 we will be making a number of changes to prices across the international contract services.
International Tracked and Secure, Unsorted and Zone Sort Contract Services
Due to a substantial rise in air cargo charges for sending mail and packets to a number of key worldwide destinations, outside of Europe, it is necessary for us to increase prices on our Unsorted and Rest of World Zone Sort prices.
On average the Unsorted and Rest of World Zone Sort rates will be increasing by 4.3%, whilst our EU Zone Sort rates remain unchanged. Across the whole Tracked and Secure, Unsorted and Zone Sort profile rates will increase by 2.5%.
International country priced services - Australia
We recently increased our Australian country priced services in August. This increase was to reflect the volume growth and increased air cargo charges to this destination. Since then there has been continued volume growth on this route, which has resulted in further increases in air cargo charges.
Therefore it is necessary for us to introduce further price increases to cover these increases in operational costs.
On average the Australian country priced services will be increasing by 9.5%.
