It may be possible that you don’t receive mail every day. Before contacting us, please make sure that there is a pattern of missed mail deliveries.
Access to your property
If you’re waiting for mail, one reason for delay may be the access to your building. Your postman may have difficulty getting through a security door, for example, or there may be building work that’s preventing delivery. Even overly protective pets can sometimes interrupt a delivery.
