PPI


You can select and download the appropriate PPI artwork for your mailings. Simply download as many of the designs as you like and in the format most useful to you.

Using PPI

To use PPI you need to have a Credit Account with us. Find out more about getting an account or view our Credit Account Terms and Conditions

By downloading the Royal Mail PPIs you acknowledge that you have read, accept and are bound by our PPI licence Terms and Conditions for Royal Mail PPI use. If you then wish to use the PPIs, you will have been deemed to have accepted all of the Terms and Conditions. If you choose not to accept the Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed to download the PPIs.

Downloading PPI designs

If you already have a Credit Account, you can choose and download the PPI designs you want right now, with our online PPI Producer. The PPI Producer will take you through five easy steps to create the PPI you want.

  1. Enter your PPI licence number 
  2. Choose between First Class, Second Class and Mailsort® 3, and between English and Welsh PPIs 
  3. Then choose from our new PPI designs 
  4. See what you’ll get with our handy PPI preview 
  5. Choose the format that best suits you – JPEG or TIFF


Alternatively, you can download the raw PPI graphics for your professional printer to adapt in First Class, Second Class and Mailsort® 3 formats.
