Alias dataThe Alias File™ helps you locate correct postal addresses from information that is ‘postally not required’. This is information that is used by the public when addressing mail but does not actually form part of a Royal Mail PAF address.
With the Alias File, house and building names e.g. Rose Cottage, replacement street names, local names e.g. Bow, historical county names e.g. Kirkcudbrightshire, trading names and disused locations can all be cross-referenced and the correct PAF address identified. Please note - Raw Data contains no software and must be processed for use in IT applications. If you do not wish to program Alias then please contact a Solutions Provider.
