Please note:  E*Pro, Royal Mail’s current electronic ordering system, is now due to be switched off on 30th November 2007 and will be replaced by our new and improved system, Online Business Account. (This does not apply to wholesale products).

Accordingly, (i) all references to "e*pro" in the terms and conditions for all Royal Mail products and services should be read as references to "the electronic ordering system advised by Royal Mail from time to time"; and (ii) all references to "Posting Cheque(s)” or “Posting Docket(s)” should be read as references to "Confirmed Sales Order(s)".
