Tray Trial

Royal Mail has recognised a desire from a number of customers to increase the volume of mail presented in trays. To this end Royal Mail has undertaken a design project to develop revised processes and product specifications which will remove some of the barriers to presenting mail in trays. This trial will aid that project to determine if extending the ability to use trays is appropriate to Mailsort 1400 and Mailsort 700 for mailings of 150k items and over.

Trial of machineable items with perforations/tear off strips

We are running a trail to ensure that machineable items with either perforations or tear off strips can be effectively processed by sortation machines.  If you currently send, or wish to send, Mailsort 120, Cleanmail, Cleanmail Plus mailings or Mailsort 700 and would like the opportunity to see if items with perforations or tear off strips meet our machineable specifications, then you may be able to take part.
