Discussions with the PAF Advisory Board about the new PAF licences are coming to a close.  In discussions with the Board, Royal Mail has made a number of improvements to the licences since the earlier market consultation and there are now just a few final changes which the Board has asked for, which we are considering. We intend to provide Board members with an update at the end of the holidays.

We are therefore unable to provide an exact date for publication at this stage. We will keep our earlier commitment for there to be at least a 4-month interval before the new terms come into play.
