Address Manager allows you to compile, maintain and sort addresses to use in mailing lists or databases. You can also export the information into other applications, or print the information into lists or directly onto labels. If you wish to export the data you will need to complete and return a copy of the Export Contract, available to download from the Document Library below. The export facility has additional licence fees associated with it depending on your use of the data.  Please contact our Customer Support Team for more details on 08456 066 854 (option 2).

Address Manager lets you check the Royal Mail Delivery Point, and to print Customer Barcodes, so it’s ideal if you are using Mailsort® or our other bulk mail products

Please note: Royal Mail has recently introduced the ‘Unique Delivery Point Reference Number’ or UDPRN to every Delivery Point on the UK Addresses Product. It is an 8 character code that can be used to uniquely identify an address.

UK Addresses Utilities can be used to develop new applications in which address data is integral, integrate PAF or Postzon™ into existing applications, create address matching and verification applications and integrate address and cartographic databases.    

The UK Addresses CD also contains a set of dynamic link libraries and provides the ability to interrogate the address datasets programmatically through a .NET 2.0(+) DLL.

UK Addresses Utilities contains no data and must be used in conjunction with Address Manager. It is supplied as a one-off product, although updates are supplied at the discretion of Royal Mail.
