Response Management



If your campaign relies on response – vouchers, forms or the like – it’s difficult to keep track of all the valuable customer data you receive. Royal Mail has the resource and expertise to manage all the responses on your behalf, giving you accurate data to work with and freeing up your resources for your core business.

The way your responses are managed is entirely up to you. You can take as much or as little information as you need: from simple counts on responses (such as items received, items opened or items returned) to sophisticated profiling tools to help you build up a picture of your customers.

Capturing responses

Choose from various Physical Response Handling components, such as: items received, counted, segmented, opened, destroyed or returned.

Capturing customer specific information

Component choices for Data Capturing are based on which format of data presentation you would prefer: manual or scanned (including barcode, OCR, MICR).

Improving customer knowledge

The Data Intelligence component options include Data Profiling/Analysis (e.g. type of customers responding, etc.)

Optional value added service

We can provide fulfilment services (i.e. print, production and postage) if you need to send a response back to the consumer, such as a prize or acknowledgement.
