Our collection time slots are allocated by us based on the number of collection customers in postcode areas and the most cost efficient route to service existing and new collection customers.
**Single Collections
If you want to send more than 4,000 letters or 1,000 packets or flats, or a combination of these, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you want to send international mail, different terms apply – please call your local sales centre on 08457 950 950 for more details.
**If you are a regular user of our one-off collection service (over 40 times per year) it may benefit you to apply for our Weekday Collection service £500 per annum (subject to availability).
Floor FeesAdditional fee for each floor, if the collection point isn’t at your first point of access, for companies spending less than £15k a year on Royal Mail products at your company’s premises - £125 per year
