Why don’t you deliver to more countries?
In order to ensure priority handling and delivery confirmation of your items, we limit the number of Airsure® destinations only to those countries that can offer the same high level of service you’d expect from sending an item with Royal Mail within the UK.

Is a signature taken on delivery?
When your mail is delivered the item will be electronically scanned by the postal operative delivering the item to confirm it has arrived. How do I make a claim?
Visit our Customer Services section to make a claim, or use form P58 which is available from your local Post Office® and send it together with proof of posting to your local Customer Service Centre. Claims can take up to three months to complete because we have to wait for overseas postal administrations to respond to our enquiries. If you believe your item has not been delivered, please allow up to 20 days after posting for items sent to Europe, and 25 days after posting for all other items, before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or could be in the process of being returned to you if it could not be delivered for some reason. Royal Mail does not accept any claims for delay as delivery times are not guaranteed.
