  5. Can you explain the complex product names?

Taking as an example, this product "Changes_ASCII_Y03M04_01.zip", the name breaks down into 5 sections:

    ChangesThe name of the product
ASCIIthe file format (ASCII or EBCDIC)
Y03M04the year and month (Year - 2003, Month - April)
01the daily sequence within the month
zipthe file is compressed and needs to be unzipped

Following the product extract weekend, the first file available will be YnnMnn_01. This contains changes made on the following Monday and will be available on the Tuesday (no changes are made over the extract weekend).

YnnMnn_02 would be Tuesday's changes available on Wednesday etc. If you do not download any files on the weekends, two files will be available on Monday - YnnMnn_05, which would be Friday's file and YnnMnn_06 which would be Saturday's file etc.
