SmartStamp®



You can pay for your SmartStamp® subscription in two ways – monthly or annually. In addition, you will need to pay for any postage you print. Postage costs are the same as for stamps, and you can top up your SmartStamp® balance at any time using a credit or debit card, or by setting up a regular direct debit.

Monthly Subscription

  • Pay in easy instalments of £4.99 a month
  • 3 month minimum subscription period*
 

Annual Subscription

  • Make yearly payments of just £49.99
  • Save over 15% on the monthly subscription

Payment options

Once you have selected your subscription option and given us some details about yourself, you will be asked to fill in your credit/debit card details on the ‘Make initial payment’ page.

From then on, you can either:

  1. Use the same card details to make your payments
  2. Use a different card to make your payments
  3. Set up a Direct Debit account to make your payments

The different payment options for initial or ongoing payments are detailed in the table below.

As soon as payment has been processed, you will be issued with a customer reference number. Once you have downloaded SmartStamp®, you can use this number to activate the software.
