Redirections
Apply Online
You can apply online for Home Redirection, subject to successful verification of your identity. If you already have a Redirection set up, you can use our Online Renewal service to extend your Redirection.
By Phone
If you need a Redirection set up at short notice, you can use Fasttrack. To arrange a Fasttrack Redirection, or to have an application form sent to you, please call us on 08457 740 740.Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 17:30.
You can also renew your redirection by phone, using the above number. Opening hours Monday to Friday 8am to 17:30. Saturday 8am to 14:30
By Post
If you’re redirecting to a new home address, you can download, print and complete the Home Redirection application form and send it with your identification and payment to the address below.
If you’re a business or sole trader, you can download, print and complete the Business Redirection application form and send it with your identification and payment to the address below:

Cheques should be made payable to 'Royal Mail'. Please supply a separate cheque and original form of ID for each different surname on the application form.
Post Office™ Branch
Redirection is available at all Post Office™ branches. If you’re applying at a Post Office™, hand in your application form with your payment and two forms of original identification. You can pay by cash, credit card, or by cheque made payable to 'Post Office Ltd', along with your cheque guarantee card. Find your nearest Post Office
